REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are subject to the following conditions.
1. Research Material Sales – Final Sale Policy
All products are sold for laboratory research use only.
Because research materials:
- Cannot be resold once shipped
- May be sensitive to handling conditions
- Require chain-of-custody integrity
All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
2. Order Errors or Shipping Damage
If you receive:
- The wrong product
- A damaged shipment
- A product with a verified manufacturing defect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging and product
- Description of the issue
We may require return of the unopened product before issuing a replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used materials
- Products exposed to improper storage
- Customer ordering errors
- Regulatory seizure or customs delays
4. Refund Eligibility
If approved, refunds will be:
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days
- Limited to the original purchase price (excluding shipping unless required)
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy requirements.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
6. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
We maintain strict fraud prevention measures.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Reporting to payment processors
- Submission of transaction records as evidence
If you experience a billing issue, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it promptly.
7. Compliance Statement
Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes. Refund eligibility does not apply to misuse, improper handling, or use outside stated research-only conditions.
